wait until the morning. For Example: (1) A Burst water pipe. (2) Flood (3) A Fire.

aware that some repairs are NOT the responsibility of the strata plan/owners corporation.
Any invoices received for repairs and maintenance relating to lot owners or tenants
personal property will be forwarded to them for direct payment.
NEWS: Supreme Court Ruling states an Owners Corporation has no obligation or responsibility
to reimburse any individual lot owner or tenant for works carried out on common property without prior wirtten approval from the Owners Corporation.
